We have a brand new opportunity to join our Bermondsey team as a Chef in the Manchester area! We are looking for someone to join our team full time and continue the success of the pub by delivering delicious meals for our guests and join our growing team to drive forward.

Responsibilities will include:

• Cook food in a timely manner and to Company specification
• Consistently deliver outstanding levels of service and ensure that the needs of each individual guest are met
• Ensure all stock management processes are followed including; delivery, storage, stock rotation and ordering
• Adhere to all Licensing, Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations
• Support the opening and closing of the kitchen in line with Company processes as required

• Previous experience in Chef role
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent time management
• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations
