Concierge Hall Porter The salary for this role is £17,150 plus service charge ( approx. £1500* per annum, *depended on sales) and annual bonus. The Hall Porter Role: Will be based within the Front of House team and you will find yourself in the front-line dealing with the guests when they arrive at the hotel. You will be required to assist them with their luggage and ensure that they are made comfortable during their stay. You will be on hand to answer any guest queries and provide guests with information such as local restaurants, local tourism and transport information from trains to chauffer-driven cars. This is a very customer focused position and will require you to think on your feet. The Hall Porter will:

• Have some hotel experience, however full training will be given.
• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Have some knowledge of the local area.
