Female Facial therapist for busy salon in Dubai

Senior Facial Therapist for a lovely busy salon in Dubai, our client requires someone who has a love for facials and skin care but who also can help handle stock, deal with clients, overlook reception, deal with client complaints and help the owner when she is not in the spa by taking control of anything that needs attending to, So someone who has initiative, looking for a great opportunity but will also love to do facials as well

Basic monthly salary of AED 2700 (Two Thousand, Seven Hundred UAE Dirham’s) per calendar month, which shall be deemed to accrue on a daily basis, paid at the end of the month. Salary to be reviewed at performance review.

Accommodation Allowance of AED 2000 (Two Thousand UAE Dirham’s per month)

Transportation Allowance of AED 300 per month (Three Hundred UAE Dirham’s per month)

Overtime payment of AED 32.50 per hour (at the rate of 1.25 per hour)

10% Commission on all Retail products sold personally.

Commission of all treatments performed personally, achieving a monthly target of AED 15,000 per month (this works out at 2 facials per working day at the lowest cost facial):

•             10% - AED 15,000 to 20,000 (Lowest commission AED1500, Highest AED2000)

•             12.5% - AED 20,001 to 30,000 (Lowest commission AED2500, Highest AED3750)

•             15% - AED 30,001 to 40,000 (Lowest commission AED4500, Highest AED6000)

•             17.5% - AED 40,001 to 50,000 (Lowest commission AED7000, Highest AED8750)

Facials start at AED395 and go up to AED800 so it is very easy to reach target.  Both current therapists hit between 35,000 to 45,000 per month with excellent retail commissions also.
