Site Manager - Camberley

Contract: Annualised hours, based on a 37.5 working week

Pay: Pay will be spread evenly over 12 months

Shifts: There will be a requirement to work day, evening, weekend and bank holiday shifts.

How the role fits in

This role will oversee a team of approx. 50 staff and will be responsible for overseeing all activities and staff to ensuring the site activities are managed to the highest standards in all areas of delivery. Motivating their team to exceed performance targets and get it right the first time for the customer. We believe communication and good leadership get the job done – your team will need your guidance and direction so that you can work together to reach your targets and reap the benefits and recognition in delivering an outstanding final product. The Site Manager will report into the Regional General Manager.

The role day to day

  • Maximising the Customer Experience, ensuring that site delivers an amazing experience every time.
  • Recruiting, retaining, motivating, training and consistently developing direct reports to ensure we get the best from our people and deliver/exceed our customer expectations.
  • Managing, organising, controlling and supervising efficiently all elements of the park in line with current company policies and procedures ensuring delivery of the financial target of the parks EBITDA.
  • Effectively and proactively manage existing customers delivering profitable growth, increase market share, increase customer base and develop business opportunities.
  • Recruiting, retaining, motivating, training and consistently developing direct reports to ensure we get the best from our people and deliver/exceed our customer expectations.
  • Managing agreed budgets of controllable expenses and wage costs, alongside determining and implementing strategies to increase year on year sales and to achieve agreed gross profit margins.
  • Review monthly sales figures to show performance against budget. Compile and present accurate and detailed MI reports to the RGM.
  • Responsible for overall site Health and Safety ensuring the site meets the company expectations.
