Continuous Improvement Supervisor

Continuous improvement Supervisor monitor and improve organizational processes with the aim of making them as efficient as possible. Research and analysis feature heavily in this role, as continuous improvement Supervisor map out all workflows, remove waste and low-value activities, and recommend solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To be the first point of contact between Warehouse and the head of change management.
  • To identify, implement and maintain process improvements on the sites contracts and throughout the site where applicable.
  • To assist by collation and analysis of data the cross functional site teams in identifying performance versus KPI targets.
  • To drive continuous improvement to maximise cost benefits, quality and service.
  • To strive to delivery results inline with KPI's
  • To be flexible to the needs of the business.
  • To support and implement change initiatives and process improvements.
  • To ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
  • To encourage and support Warehouse to fulfil their duties to deliver a high level of productivity and accuracy within realistic timescales and report any instances of deviation and/or failure to the head of change management.
  • To identify productivity issues and potential issues and co-ordinate with Managers to implement workable solutions.
  • To ensure improved communication to Warehouse Section Leaders & Management team and vice versa.
  • To promote a healthy strong and high standard of services in order to build and sustain good working relationships.
  • To inform the Management team of any issues or potential issues that may mean an alteration in Warehouse plans/arrangements.
  • To promote and maintain a high level of discipline and morale in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • To set a good example to others.
  • To Communicate openly, motivate and inspire, create a positive work environment.
  • To implement training and change management initiatives across all functions.
  • To build effective working relationships across all levels
