As Commis Chef, you will work within an experienced kitchen team, assisting in providing high standards of food preparation and superb presentation in a consistent manner and in line with Company specification.

The Commis Chef will ensure that customers needs are met at all times especially when serving on the hot and cold table and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

To succeed as Commis Chef you will have a good eye for detail, ability to keep a clean, tidy and organised work space and be a team player. 

Professional Cookery Level 2 / Commis Chef Apprenticeship Standard qualification (or similar) would be desireable together with previous experience within a similar role such as Apprentice Commis Chef, Commis Chef, Chef, Cook, Breakfast Chef, Morning Chef, Kitchen team member, Grill chef, School / Nursery cook, School / Nursery chef, kitchen lead, Army / Navy / Military Chef or Cook, Armed Forces chef, Ship Cook, Ship Chef.
