The Westbury Mayfair, A Luxury Collection Hotel was founded in 1927 and is situated in the heart of Mayfair, features 225 guest rooms and suites, all elegantly furnished and newly redesigned by Alex Kravetz Designs. Guests will enjoy a unique culinary experience in the only five-star hotel in the heart of Mayfair. Our offer includes Alyn Williams at The Westbury, the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant as well as a more casual multi-award-winning Polo Bar, In room Dining as well as two intimate Private Dining & Events spaces. 

We are now recruiting for Chefs at all levels to join our kitchen team to work along side some fantastic Chefs.

Our Kitchen Environment

• Our culinary team works within a large kitchen filled with state of the art and modern equipment. 
• The kitchen is led by a creative management team driven by pushing culinary boundaries. The environment in the kitchen is calm and productive, this helps with ongoing training and one on one development for all staff. 
• We believe in educating our chefs not just for the job in hand but for their ongoing career. This spans though classical techniques to modern cuisine, product knowledge and origins of produce, visiting farms and supplier.

The culinary team is well structured and comprises of talented chef from very diverse backgrounds, led by our Executive Chef Tim Ross-Watson. Our goal is to become the ultimate dining destination in Mayfair serving our guests imaginative and sophisticated dishes with an Asian background as well as classics.
