DUTY MANAGER - MARKET HALLS VICTORIA

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced and ambitious shift or department supervisor, Head Bartender or Head Waiter to begin their journey into Hospitality Management, or a current Duty Manager to continue their development towards a General Manager position. 

As Duty Manager, you’ll work alongside the GM to ensure the smooth running of your respected venue and ensure the delivery of the high standards Market Halls has set throughout its tenure.

The Ideal Candidates someone with previous experience in a restaurant role in a busy casual dining environment, a nurturing & supportive leader, organised with good attention to detail & an eye for logistics, exceptionally high standards, passionate about food, has great communication skills & a good sense of humour, a strong team player who leads by example, and a hands-on attitude where no job will be too small.

In return, Market Halls will provide the following:

A £28,000 salary with a structured bonus scheme.

28 days Holiday and guaranteed your birthday off.

Level 2 Food Hygiene training if required.

Heath and safety / Emergency first aid training if required

Assistance in developing your personal and professional skills
