Building on another successful year, we are now looking for a new part-time Shift Manager, based on 24 hours per week, normally worked over 3 days (weekend and a weekday)

Your key responsibility will be to manage your team, on a shift-by-shift basis, to make sure that we are creating unforgettable fun, one guest at a time. In this highly visible role, effective operational supervision to maintain and develop the team’s focus on health and safety, customer service, and Flip Out’s operational procedures are at the heart of the job. As part of a varied role, you’ll also be involved in achieving business targets, day-to-day cash management, stock management, and site security.

You’ll have to be a bit special to become a Flip Out Shift Manager, offering previous experience in a similar role. People build their skills, experience, and careers with Flip Out.
