You will assist in maximising all areas of profitability, through revenue generation and productivity to ensure increased levels of customer satisfaction in the hotel.

As the Operations Manager you will be energetic, approachable and cultured with a sense of fun; always curious to discover more and share thoughtful suggestions with our guests.

Whilst hands on when the demand suits, you will also have a commercial focus and know all parts of your business- driving and monitoring guest experience and commercial success.

About you...

You will be a passionate hotelier with a proven track record of engaging a team.

There is much to work within this unique venue and great scope for someone who has innovative and unique ideas to create a destination venue for guests and the local community and put your unique stamp on the hotel.

You will actively guide and direct the whole team to ensure consistency of standards and ensure a high level of performance and service delivery achieved.

You will be responsible for ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are met for each department and will deputise in the General Manager's absence.  Ideally, you will have strong experience within a Food & Beverage industry.

Located in Aberdeen's city centre, The Station Hotel lies opposite Aberdeen train station and offers rooms with free WiFi access in all areas. The hotel boasts a bar and restaurant, as well as a 24-hour front desk and a shared lounge area
