About the role

We are seeking a part time receptionist to join our team at The River Bourne Club in Chertsey to welcome our members and guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide them with the best possible service.

If you are a team player who has bags of enthusiasm, a positive attitude and experience working in a customer-led environment, then our Front of House opportunity will offer you the challenge and development you are seeking.

Responsibilities

• You will work as part of a team delivering the highest standards of customer service and striving towards improving member satisfaction levels.
• Responsible for greeting all members and guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring the highest levels of service are maintained
• You will be an ambassador of our company CARE values and adhere to our Normal Operating Procedures (NOP’s) and Emergency Action Plans (EAP’s).
• You will assist the team in all sales activity, working to generate referrals as required
• You will be committed to your own professional development
