Store Trainer - Liverpool - 20 hrs

What you'll be doing...

 

The most important thing you’ll be doing is simple… Helping our store teams to be the best they can be!

 

Our Store Trainers deliver store wide training initiatives designed to develop the skills and behaviours of our colleagues. You’ll coordinate and deliver a rolling training calendar inclusive of induction plans for new colleagues when they join, roll outs of new company initiatives or product launches and importantly support the delivery of the Debenhams Redesigned Strategy which centres around putting the customer at the heart of everything we do!

 

You’ll spot every opportunity to identify a training need and confidently support the Sales Managers and Supervisors with coaching and on the job training, maintaining company training records as you go.

Experience of working in a training role preferably in a retail environment is required.

 

When you’ll be doing it...

 

We’re open 7 days a week and in this role you’ll need to be available to work 5 variable days per week including weekends
