This is an exciting development opportunity, we are looking for highly motivated people, who want a career in the fitness industry and want to help customers achieve their goals and by doing so we will support you in achieving yours.

We are taking a different approach … Initially we are looking to recruit part time and full time Lifeguards and want to hear from you if you are interested in becoming a Lifeguard but do not currently hold a qualification.

 You will need to:

• Be a strong swimmer
• Be passionate about a career in the fitness industry
• Be customer focused
• Be prepared to undertake the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification through our internal lifeguard training programme
• Provide a personal statement on why you feel you are right for this opportunity
• Be proactive towards your personal development and be willing to undertake further training in other fitness roles.

This post is subject to obtaining the essential qualifications highlighted in the person specification and these must be achieved within the six-month probationary period. Successful candidates will be supported in obtaining the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) free of charge. NB an enhanced DBS check is required for this post.
