A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Food & Beverage Host to join our team in our Victoria Lounge & Bar.

As Food & Beverage host, you will be the main point of contact for all guests arriving to the Lounge area, for our Grill, Afternoon Tea or just for drinks and are responsible for ensuring that all guest’s expectations are exceeded and their arrival and departure to the area is first class and memorable.

You will also be responsible being on hand during peak check in times to promote the food and beverage offerings and facilities directly to our guests.

During service times, you will act as the host to the Food & Beverage teams, ensuring that every guest is met with a warm, personal and genuine welcome and seated at their tables with an explanation of the service that is to follow.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional hospitality skills and be able to build rapport easily with all guests, be a great communicator and have knowledge of food and beverage operations. You will also need to be computer literate, and adopt an organised and methodical approach to work.
