At Bill’s Restaurant’s we serve only the freshest produce, and our Sous Chefs help to lead our teams in creating exceptional dishes from breakfast through to dinner.

Our Sous Chef must:

  • Have previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to deliver exceptional dishes in a time pressured environment
  • Passion and pride for the quality of dishes delivered
  • Ability to inspire, develop and lead a team
  • Obsessed with maintaining high standards and ensuring your team deliver on these
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
  • Assist with the ordering and controlling of stock whiling achieving and reporting profit for your site
