Our Sous Chef must:
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to deliver exceptional dishes in a time pressured environment
- Passion and pride for the quality of dishes delivered
- Ability to inspire, develop and lead a team
- Obsessed with maintaining high standards and ensuring your team deliver on these
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Assist with the ordering and controlling of stock whiling achieving and reporting profit for your site
