Join our Reception Team - Work from home!

This role is home-based, flexible working 16 hours per week in 4 to 6 hour shifts – mornings, daytimes and evenings between the hours of 9am-8pm Monday to Sunday. 

Salary between £8.50 and £9.50 depending on experience.

You’ll be part of a Reception Team responding to room reservation enquiries via phone and email for 6 of our 19 pubs so confidence in typing, good email presentation skills and previous experience in reservations and booking systems is preferred.

The role includes answering calls for all of our other pubs at peak busy times, bookings in table reservations, guiding guests and supplier calls to the right pub or manager.

We need for you to live within a 30 minute radius of one of our pubs, and be willing to work at one of our pubs or Barns (North Aston, Bicester) once a month for training and to ensure we all get to know each other.
