Digital Marketing Manager - Hemel Support Centre

 As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will support the development and implementation of the digital acquisition and retention strategies for the company and will be our digital customer champion. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, it is essential you have the experience and credibility in a fast paced e-commerce business that will allow you to continue to drive the business forward at a rapid rate - the ability to influence and engage at all levels will be key to your success.


The Digital Marketing Manager position is primarily based at our Central Support Centre in Hemel Hempstead and will involve some travel. Key responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to:

  • Managing the company websites and in-centre digital network through innovative and creative content development and merchandising programmes
  • Managing the design evolution of the websites in line with our wider brand framework
  • Working alongside our IT team and agencies to improve conversion rates through continual optimisation of the customer journey utilising customer insight and analytics
  • Utilise a range of acquisition techniques including performance media, SEO and partnerships
  • Manage and develop our social media presence – in conjunction with the brand marketing manager
  • Manage monthly digital budgets and CPA goals in line with targets
  • Deliver monthly campaign reporting and data analysis, identifying trends, campaign learnings and ongoing recommendations to improve email performance
  • Line management of team of two
