Main role and objectives:

To execute all activities within the coffee shop, ensuring our guest satisfaction is maintained by service and product delivery according to the guidelines of Park Plaza Hotels.

Your responsibilities:

• To treat all guests and colleagues in a polite and courteous manner at all times and to give full co-operation to any guest or colleague requiring assistance in a prompt, caring and helpful manner.
• To demonstrate a pride in the work place and a high level of commitment.
• To support all Food and Beverage areas as and when required.
• To set up stations to the correct standards before and after service. 
• To take responsibility for the service of your guests during meal periods.
• To report any guest complaints, comments or problems to your manager or supervisor on duty

What we are looking for:

• Someone who is passionate about exceeding guest expectations
• Someone who is great at creating and maintaining positive and productive working relationships across the business, communicating effectively in a range of situations
• Someone who enjoys working in a fast paced team environment
• Previous experience with Micros is preferred but not essential
