We are currently seeking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join our fabulous Sales team at The Langham, London. As a Sales Coordinator you will be tasked with providing administrative support to the Director of Corporate and Groups Sales and a team of pro-active Sales Managers/Account Directors.

Your duties and responsibilities in the Sales Coordinator role will be to

provide an efficient administrative support to sales team, co-ordinate internal meetings with the booking of a meeting rooms and minute taking, co-ordinate distribution of brochures, collateral and giveaways. assist with site inspections for sales clients and industry colleagues and assist sales manager in the planning and hosting of famtrips. assist in the planning of sales trips and tradeshows, upholding corporate travel policy and in line with travel budgets. ensure that Delphi system is updated on regular and timely basis The Langham, London offers a wide range of benefits which include:

Requirement . strong administrative skills advanced attention to detail excellent communication skills; both written and verbal advanced IT skills (Microsoft Office, mainly Powerpoint, Excel and other creative packages) immaculate personal presentation excellent customer service skills and a real understanding of 5* luxury environment service requirement
