Guest Services Agent - London

We are currently seeking to recruit a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level, in the position of a Guest Services Agent within our Guest Services Department.  The key accountabilities connected with the Guest Services Agent role in our Guest Services department are as follows:

 

·         Meet and greet guests as they arrive into the hotel

 

·         Help the guest with directions, take them where they need to go

 

·         Assist with rooming guests in line with Langham Hotels International Brand standards and Leading Hotels of the World predefined standards

 

·         Ability to recognize return guests and VIP’s in the Hotel. Meet and greet key VIP guests and build strong relationships with them

 

·         Give special attention to VIP guests and provide assistance through their stay, provide assistance to the Director of Guest Services and Head Butler as require

 

·         Make courtesy calls to ensure guests’ wellbeing, offer assistance and additional services or follow up a complaint

 

·         Update profiles with guest preferences, habits, personal information, any issues or queries guests may have during their stay

Requirement .  

·              Previous experience of working in a similar role is an advantage

 

·              Excellent customer service skills and a real understanding of 5* luxury environment service requirements

 

·              Excellent communication skills, in English language, both written and verbal

 

·              One other language is an advantage

 

·              Immaculate personal presentation

 

·              Pro-active approach to guests and duties

 

·              Previous use of Opera system is an advantage
