Guest Services Agent - London
We are currently seeking to recruit a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level, in the position of a Guest Services Agent within our Guest Services Department. The key accountabilities connected with the Guest Services Agent role in our Guest Services department are as follows: · Meet and greet guests as they arrive into the hotel · Help the guest with directions, take them where they need to go · Assist with rooming guests in line with Langham Hotels International Brand standards and Leading Hotels of the World predefined standards · Ability to recognize return guests and VIP’s in the Hotel.
