GLL, the UK's largest public leisure provider is looking for an Administration Assistant to provide admin support for the GLL Community Foundation and GLL Sport Foundation, based at the Copper Box Arena in Stratford, East London. The Foundations are a key part of our social enterprise ethos, where we aim to have a positive impact on the communities we work within, so this really is an admin job with a purpose.

As Administration Assistant, you'll support the Admin Officer by owning the processes and ensuring we're fully up-to-date and organised with everything from athlete requests to paperwork for community projects and general enquiries. And if you love sport, you'll love the insight and contacts that this role will give you.

It goes without saying that you'll be organised, have good written and numerical skills and are excellent with computers - in particular Word, Excel and Outlook - and if you know what you're doing with social media too, so much the better. You'll need to be a great communicator too and confident on the phone as you help with customer service queries and issues.
