As a rodizio restaurant, the role of Kitchen Assistant is focussed on proactive and precise food preparation and creative presentation rather than responding to tickets and cooking dishes to order.

We are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner service and the restaurant is busy almost every day so we need someone with excellent organisational skills who will help maintain our outstanding reputation.

• High level of product and food hygiene knowledge
