Job title: Client Advisor - Notting Hill

Salary: £8.65 p/h

Working Hours: 30 hours per week, including a mixture of early, late and weekend shifts.

Ten Health & Fitness operate 9 boutique studios across London and we will be expanding rapidly over the next few years which will create great opportunities to grow in the company. We are now looking for a superstar Client Advisor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact with all clients, in person, over the phone and through email.

Your responsibilities will include

• Be ensuring the best possible experience for each client with each visit
• Maintaining and enhancing high levels of customer service.
• Ensuring that you are fully aware of the days’ schedule and appointments in order to direct clients and staff - review the classes, PT’s and physio appointments for the day and confirm clients to trainer/physio
• Supporting the studio with standards and administration
• Selling and promoting our services and retail

We are ideally looking for people with:

• At least 2 years working experience in hospitality, health and beauty, retail or the fitness industry
• Experience of managing bookings and reservations
• Dealing with clients face to face and over the phone
• Sales experience is desired
