Housekeeping Manager

Summary

We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to work at one of our 9 UK centres. As the Housekeeping Manager you will be accountable for the planning and implementation of Housekeeping services and standards that drive our Centre’s delivery and achievement of the highest levels of guest satisfaction. You will also implement and audit all domestic SOPs in respect of current safety (H&S and COSHH) thus providing a safe environment for guests and colleagues.

About you

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience of provision of housekeeping services in a fast paced commercial environment.
• Have proven people management and development skills with the ability to drive, motivate and enthuse teams.
• Be a good communicator, confident and calm under pressure.
• Have experience of delivering financial targets/budgets.
• Results driven with the ability to get things done. 
• Manage relationships effectively with a strong ability to persuade and influence.
• Must be familiar with Health & Safety regulations, COSHH, and cleaning in line with British Institute of Cleaning Standards (BICS).
