Wedding Coordinator - Solihull 

Due to our recent expansion we have an exciting new position available to join our team. The Limes Country Lodge Hotel is an independent family-owned hotel set within six acres of stunning countryside. We are very close to the M42 Junction 3, easily accessible from Earlswood, Solihull and Redditch.


As our Wedding Co-ordinator you will be responsible for weddings from the point of initial enquiry to coordinating the wedding day, ensuring that the bridal parties’ expectations are not only met but exceeded.
Another key focus of the role is processing in a timely manner all aspects of wedding administration including responding to wedding enquiries, sending out information, making follow up calls to ensure brochures have been received, sending out quotes, arranging and managing show rounds, chasing deposits, completing final details.

• Computer literate
• Able to look after all the brides and grooms and fully assisting in the planning of each wedding.
• Well presented with a positive and friendly presence
• Able to co-ordinate all seasonal Limes Wedding Fayres
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Able to identify and maximise all Limes services & products
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent relationship builder both with clients and colleagues
• Able to multi-task and manage a varied workload
• Flexible to working hours across a seven day week
