In this role you will be booking and selecting and the best Spa and Leisure professionals to cover a range of shifts for Spas and Wellness retreats across the UK

Expertise we are looking for….

• Experience within the Spa and Wellness industry is essential
• If you have current or previous recruiter experience this would be beneficial  
• MUST have excellent PC skills, email, Word etc and a good grasp of software systems is essential.
• Have excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Can Multi Task - This is essentail as this is a fast moving and busy department 
• Excellent customer service skills
• Be able to act quickly and decisively
• Have a positive attitude 
• Have a great eye for detail
• Excellent phone manor and telephone skills to deal with a broad range of enquiries from potential applicants and clients.

• Basic Salary dependent on experience
• OTE: £26,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped  
• Monthly Commission based on sales
