Job Description
At Bagel Factory we make delicious and fresh bagels and coffee for our customers, always aiming to deliver excellent customer service.We are looking for a driven and passionate Team member to join our ExCel Unit to support our team on a full time basis and contribute towards the positive environment within the branch.
What we offer:
RATE OF PAY:starting at £8.21 automatically increasing to £8.35 after your first successful month
HOLIDAY:28 day per annum on a pro-rota basis.
EXTRAS:Free drinks and free food during your shift. Discount on all other food for all employees. We provide you with uniform to suit all weather.
BONUSES: We offer bonuses for outstanding mystery shopper reports, sales incentives and additional hourly rates for early and late finishes.
TRAINING:You will receive full, paid training and further courses on customer services and your nationally recognised level 2 food hygiene certificate.

FLEXIBILITY: We will work with you when doing the weekly Rota's to ensure you maintain your work - life balance. However, please note, this role is based in an Exhibition Centre and therefore you will be called on to work additional hours in conjunction with events and provide cover at other shops when the Centre is closed.

We also cater to our vegan- friends. PETA awarded us with the Proggy Award in response to the launch of our vegan cream cheese bagel! You now have to option to choose our delicious Vegan Cream Cheese Bagel, any of our other vegan bagels, or customise your own vegan-friendly bagel.
