DUTY MANAGER, LL31 9JP

The Queens Head is an award winning and popular Welsh village pub in the charming village of Glanwydden, just outside Llandudno and Penrhyn Bay. Our doors are currently closed whilst we undertake some well-earned TLC on the pub.   We have some really exciting plans in place to bring a new lease of life to this much-loved pub, including a brand-new kitchen and the addition of a garden room. We are due to reopen early December and are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and hard-working Full-time Duty Manager to join the team.

KEY ATTRIBUTES

You will be instrumental in furthering our reputation as a great pub serving good quality food and help to build our long-term success. Responsibilities will include serving our customers with food and drinks, whilst supervising other members of staff.

An outgoing personality, bags of enthusiasm and an ability to get on with anyone and everyone is a must as is a passion for food, drink and most importantly people.  Experience in the hospitality industry is essential.

SALARY

£9.25 per hour plus Tips plus Employee Benefits and Discounts

This is a full-time position working approximately 35 hours per week, and will include weekend and evening work, so flexibility is a must.
