Front Office Duty Manager

Full Time Position – £23,500 + Benefits 

Your role in our family:      

  • Supporting the Front Office Manager to lead and oversee the Front Office operations with continual focus on delivering world class standards of outstanding guest service
  • Management and co-ordination of all day-to-day front of house operations
  • Ensure that all our guests have an exceptional experience, following the Forbes world class standards
  • Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • Meet and greet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues
  • Initiate and implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
  • Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events

What would make you the perfect fit?

  • A strong individual with an exceptional background in front of house operations.
  • Opera user
  • A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within a 4*/5* hotel
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns, weekends and bank holidays
