Restaurant Manager - The Wild Rabbit - Chipping Norton

The Wild Rabbit family is growing, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a fantastic General Manager and a very talented Head Chef and help them drive the business to the next level. Have you got what it takes?

Full time contract, salary approx. £38,000 pa. including service charge.

About you

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be a natural leader, with a Michelin star service background. You will be responsible for the day to day to management of a high performing Front of House team. Your passion for exceptional service will infectious. You’ll work alongside the General Manager and Chef Patron to drive the standards and success of this iconic business.

Main responsibilities

•To deliver and champion The Wild Rabbit standards

•To oversee of the overall running of the Restaurant & Private Dining

•To set the example of exceptional service

•To recruit, train and develop the Front of House team

•To actively drive average spend per head, by identifying all opportunities for up-selling

•To delegate daily tasks to Assistant Restaurant Manager and support with their delegation to the team

•To drive PDR sales

•Work alongside Head Chef and General Manager to develop all food and beverage offerings

•Be financially aware & responsible for the budget of your department

& pin point opportunities to increase revenue and manage costs
