The Britannia Birmingham is a 214 bedroom-hotel which features the Jenny’s Restaurant, serving fantastic full English buffet breakfast for you to enjoy. Harvey’s Bar provides a place where guests can sit back and relax with a drink or something to eat. Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a Full-Time Receptionist on to the team.   

As Receptionist, you will be required to;

• Check in and checkout guests and groups effectively.
• Maximise room sales and to promote food and beverage facilities.
• Provide information to guests on all hotel products and services.
• Conduct cash handling and balancing floats.
• Answer telephones and taking messages.

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service. Reception experience is a must and hospitality experience are desirable.
