The successful candidate will have a proven history of running a kitchen, managing food deliveries & stock control whilst delivering coaching & motivation to the team. You will need to hold a valid Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (or equivalent).

You must be flexible, enthusiastic and able to build on your experience to assist in the continuing development of the Hotel.
