More about your role

As Catering Supervisor you will oversee the day to day running of all catering activities within the centre. You will ensure all cleaning and food standard policies are adhered to at all times whilst operating a high standard of customer service to all our visitors. You will be responsible for identifying recruitment needs and following the recruitment process through to inducting new starters into the business. You will create monthly spreadsheets consisting of stocktakes in which you will conduct monthly and you will ensure a five star Food Hygiene Rating is maintained by organising necessary training to your staff members.

More about you

You should have previous experience managing a team of people preferably in a catering/hospitality background. You will have experience in a catering role where you have prepared food & ordered & monitored stock. You will need a background within a customer focused environment along with excellent customer service skills and proven experience of managing an extremely busy workload. You should have a good background knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations as well as current food standard policies.
