Are you ready for your next wild adventure?

You will be responsible for ensuring that all kitchen areas are cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis and that all hygiene, health & safety and Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to. You will ensure all deliveries are handled in accordance with food safety policy. You will process all daily paperwork correctly at the end of each shift and complete any additional adhoc requests when required to do so.
