We are looking for an experienced Hair Stylist who thrives on creating beautiful styles to compliment the clients’ attributes, and loves interacting with others and providing exceptional service. If you are self-motivated, energetic, positive, and goal-oriented, then we want to hear from you.

On offer for you…

• Basic salary: £22,000 - £24,000 Basic, Discussed on application
• Commission on hair services and retail, based on achievable targets
• Full professional training from L'Oreal provided
• They will attend award ceremonies and industry events
• Great career progression available

Expertise we are looking for…

• 5 Years’ experience within a high end salon environment
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 Diploma or equivalent
• Creative thinker
• You should be able to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly and professional demeanour
• Able and willing to work a flexible schedule

A Brief Overview of Your Day...

• Provide all salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow drying, colouring and styling - including men’s hairdressing
• Maintain cleanliness of salon and your station
• Keep on top of current hair cutting and styling trends
• Help maintain adequate inventory of hair products and tools
• Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner
• Collect payments for salon services performed
