The Britannia Wolverhampton holds 172 modern rooms and offers a 24-hour reception desk due to our convenient location. We are looking to recruit a Reception Manager who will ensure that all our guests have an enjoyable experience during their stay. You will ensure that the Front of House department continues to provide a service that makes the guest feel relaxed whilst preparing to embark on their travels.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Reception Manager or an ambitious Reception Supervisor with a proven record of handling the pressures of being Front of House. You will be a natural-born leader with excellent attention to detail and you will boast superb customer service.
