Part Time Receptionist required at the stunning resort, Hawkchurch Resort and Spa in Axminster, Devon.

This is an exciting and varied role, suited to someone with a great customer service manner. You will be the first point of contact for our guests as they arrive at the park, providing help and support for them during their stay.

Day to day responsibilities will include issuing accommodation, keys and resort information to guests alongside ensuring all information is up to date and handling any enquiries. You will also liaise with the Grounds and Maintenance team to report any issues and feed back to guests and owners.

This is a seasonal position to work part time, variable hours. This will include weekends and bank holidays.

The part time Receptionist role is ideal for candidates searching for Admin and Reception jobs within a commutable distance of Axminster.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming telephone and face to face enquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
• Meet and greet all park guests.
• Deal with all customer queries and complaints immediately and courteously, escalating where appropriate.
• Accurate cash handling.
• Assist with holiday, restaurant and activity bookings.
• Ensure any park and tourist information is up to date for the local area.
• Issue of accommodation keys and any information required to guests on arrival.

What experience you will need

• Previous customer service experience is desired.
• Previous reception experience is an advantage.

What skills you will need

• Excellent level of customer service.
• Driving licence and ability to drive is advantageous to enable you to get to the park.
• Strong communication skills.
• Great work ethic with drive to help out where needed.
