We’re looking for an innovative Creative Design Manager to join our Marketing Department

Our marketing vision is bold. We are looking for someone who can deliver all visual content in line with the marketing strategy. You’ll be an inspiring leader to a team of 4, motivating them to deliver on-time and to a high standard.    

 

Your day to day;

  • Lead our creative thinking for all design work and campaigns activity
  • Be our brand guardian, developing our brand guidelines and signing off all visuals and creative content to ensures it adheres
  • Collaborate with others to develop engaging campaigns and marketing activity
  • Co-ordinate the workload of the creative team
  • Design material for omni-channel campaigns
  • Oversee production of all marketing materials that are produced

 

Who are we looking for?

We need someone to lead our design team, who is a creative thinker and passionate about bringing a brand to life through omni-channel marketing campaigns.

You’ll have experience of developing a brand identity across multiple channels, including creating brand guidelines and articulating these.

You will be able to think on your feet, reacting to situations as they arise and identifying opportunities. You must be comfortable managing multiple work streams and prioritising often conflicting deadlines.

You will also be an experienced and confident designer, as the role will be hands-on.

You will be a strong leader with the skills to mentor and inspire those around you with ideas, vision and a can-do attitude. The ability to communicate at all levels is essential and strong stakeholder management will be key to success.  

You will hold a relevant degree or professional qualification and have extensive experience in a similar position in an agency environment. You must have excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite and other relevant creative software.

Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable, as our customer journey is at the heart of our marketing and it’s essential to see things from the guests’ point of view. You will use your insights to ensure all content is landing successfully and is showing our brand in the best light.

This role is based at head office but will require occasional national travel so a full driving licence is essential.
