Course Co-Ordinator/Administrator - The Gym Academy, Marble Arch W1H
An opportunity has arisen for a talented and motivated company administrator in a successful fitness company.
This is a busy and demanding role, which requires hands-on experience and is an exciting career move.
The Role:
This all-encompassing company administrator role will involve:
- Centrally coordinating support and materials for our teams of learners
- Delivery of L2/L3 Courses as cover or on a Part-Time basis
- Ability to supervise exams, marking and invigilation
- Coordinating training courses: attendance, confirmations, venues etc
- Administering our orders and invoices
- Day to day enquiry and diary management
- Support the Marketing of our product both internally and externally
- Coordinate sales and onboard new learners to all courses
- Presentation and delivery of course materials
- Other general admin duties will be required, and this role will be centered on working in a small team of 4 - 7.
Who we're looking for:
- The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, with a confident and articulate manner coupled with professionalism and a sense of humour.
- You will be responsible for the sales and delivery of our personal trainer qualification.
- It is desirable that you hold a level 3 qualification in Personal Training and/or a Tutor / Assessor award or be willing to work towards one.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential along with proven ability to multitask. You will be a strong team player with exceptional organizational skills. From your previous work experience, you will be able to handle all aspects of administration and accounts management with ease and enjoy working within a busy vibrant atmosphere.
- An interest in Health Clubs and fitness would be an advantage as our product, personal training, revolves around this.
- You will be excellent using your own initiative to organize the necessary tasks and able to communicate well at all levels and be reliable and able to work well in a team.
