The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property is currently seeking to recruit a Human Resources Coordinator. You will be working in a team of 6 Human Resources professionals, all tasked with providing assistance to hotel’s 450+ colleagues and supporting the needs and objectives of the business. In the role of a Human Resources Coordinator you will provide administrative assistance to the HR team and hotel’s colleagues, always ensuring the key touch points of colleague experience and life cycle are executed to a very high standard.

The key duties connected with the role of a HR Coordinator are as follows:

To provide an initial point and warm welcome to all colleagues To produce a daily and quarterly HR newsletter To collect and distribute internal and external mail Take control of levels and orders of office stock of stationary To prepare any letters colleagues may require To complete reference requests for previous employees as required To prepare and submit monthly payroll pack and keep all the information on Fourth system up to date Maintain and update employee digital and traditional notice boards Log all external applications and send out relevant correspondence for regret/regret hold candidates To make offers to successful candidates and prepare offer and orientation packs for all new colleagues To ensure that all filing is dealt with efficiently and that filing cabinets are maintained and audited periodically To organise all community events and assist the HR Officer in delivery of sports and social events The Langham, London offers a wide range of benefits which include:
