The role of Human Resources Manager is a challenging and senior management position that offers you an opportunity to utilise your professional skills in Human Resources. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful applicant will manage all aspect of Human Resources and training across the business supporting 160 employees and providing requisite HR support and advice. Experience in managing recruitment, performance management, training and development is essential as is the ability to influence at all levels so to meet the Hotel's high service standards whilst ensuring it fully meets its statutory obligations.

The successful applicant ideally will have had a career within the hospitality industry and be able to demonstrate continued development in a managerial role, have a good knowledge of current employment law and have an innovative approach to recruitment and training. A CIPD qualification is desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a pre requite along with being a highly organised, passionate, patient and self motivated individual. Tylney Hall Hotel has strong relationships with local schools, colleges and charities and continues to develop a pipeline of talent locally, so good networking skills are a must.
