The Bar at Wild Carrot serves classic craft cocktails and artisanal concoctions inspired by seasonal ingredients found in the Hampshire countryside.

Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire are seeking an experienced Bartender.

The Bartender is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional Beverage quality and service to our guests. The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service at our newly renovated The Wild Carrot Bar and Library Bar.

 The Bartender has a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensures that every guest receives the highest quality of service, personalizing the service and interacting with the guests at the Bar.

The ideal Bartender candidate will have values based on the Four Seasons Golden Rule.

We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service! This position requires an applicant with a high level of wine, liquor and beer knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request with the ability to proactively understand guest’s preferences and needs.

Proficiency in English language required.

You must have work authorization to work in the UK, Visa sponsorship is not available for the role.
