About the role…

As a Sous Chef, you will contribute to customer satisfaction through the preparation of high-quality food items in accordance with required standards, ensuring that all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared to the highest possible standard.

In addition you will help train and supervise junior members of the brigade, take control of due diligence and display a responsible attitude when performing all financial aspects of the role.

This role is ideal for someone who has little experience, looking for stability and career progression and to learn all there is to know about your trade.

About you…

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible and have a warm, and welcoming character with an appreciation of good food.

You must have experience in a conferencing & banqueting background and passion for cooking and developing your culinary skills, be confident and have a professional approach. Food safety qualifications would be beneficial.
