It’s our talented Chefs who are responsible for delivering mouth-watering menus filled with our customer’s favourites including juicy burgers, skewers, steaks, fish 'n' chips, club sandwiches, wraps and more. We are all about relaxed all day dining done well. Our Junior Sous Chefs are a critical part of the brigade, supporting and deputising for the Head Chef and Sous Chef whilst mentoring, leading and motivating the junior team members.
