As an Admissions Cashier you will be the face of the resort, being one of the first team members guests interact with, delivering the most magical start to their day! Based at the Theme Park entrance in our Ticket Sales & Collections building; selling tickets, processing collections and interacting with thousands of excited families will be just scratching the surface of your role, in-between this you will be dealing with guest enquiries by sharing your knowledge and passion for our resort, being the first port of call to help with any issues guests may have with their tickets, and up-selling a variety of products so guests can make the most of their stay!
Our ideal Admissions Cashiers are people who enjoy the challenge of a fast paced, busy environment where no two days are the same, and thrive off a work environment where you are presented with new scenarios on a daily basis! For this role being confident in cash handling and operating a touchscreen till system is a must, although full training will be given. For those who excel in their roles we offer excellent opportunities for progression both within the Admissions department and wider resort!
The working hours for this role are shorter than some of our other shifts at the resort, as our busiest time in Admissions is during the morning. Shifts start at around 8:45am and are usually around 3-5 hours – however flexibility is key and we need people to stay later during busy times!
We are currently looking for candidates who are able to work weekends and throughout October Half Term!”
