Team Leader - Handmade Burger Co. Wembley

Are you an experienced Supervisor or Team Leader wanting to progress within the restaurant industry?  Here at Handmade Burger, Wembley, we have an opportunity for you to join our team.

We're looking for someone with industry experience, someone with passion, who takes responsibility. You'll need to be flexible and have commercial awareness. You'll obviously have great interpersonal skills, you'll be a communicator, a problem-solver and an expert in customer service.

As the Team Leader your key responsibilities will include;

• Assist with operating the restaurant to maximise sales and profitability whilst ensuring company standards, policies and practices are maintained.
• Assist with ensuring the business complies with all legislation including Hygiene, Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Ensure security of the premises, stock and cash at all times.
• Ensure the Restaurant is effectively staffed to deliver quality products and genuine hospitality.
• Assist with ensuring all team members are trained to minimum legal requirements as stated in the company training policy.
• Accurate completing of daily and weekly administration tasks as directed by the General Manager.

Salary - dependent on experience

Normal working week - five days over seven.
