As the Digital Marketing Executive you will be at the heart of driving all digital marketing activity for Flip Out Brent Cross, North London, one of the UK’s leading sites; this key role will be expected to get involved at all levels. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, interspersed with some traditional advertising techniques such as print, partnerships and outdoor.

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Executive will work with both the Head of Marketing and General Manager, supporting teams (such as Sales) to create campaigns, launch them on time, track them, and importantly deliver them on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database (CRM), email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence, creating content and leading our output.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Where appropriate, scale campaigns so that we market them direct to consumer and through more traditional forms (hand to hand, in-store signage, partnerships, print, outdoor).
  • Work out ways to reach desired audiences - specifically focusing on schools and nurseries to encourage new customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year professional experience in marketing or a related digital field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments to test spends.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Out-going and team orientated mentality.
