Club London Match Day Restaurant Manager

Hours: Casual (Matchday Only)

Location: West Ham United Stadium, London Stadium, Stratford . 

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen at West Ham United for a Club London Matchday Restaurant Manager. As the Club London Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensure the exclusive Club London clients have the very best experience possible for on a matchday,

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Club London Hospitality Manager on a matchday
  • Work cohesively with the West Ham Account Managers & Partnership team to ensure all members and partner requests are fulfilled.
  • To be available for all WHUFC Premier League and Cup games played at the London Stadium during the 2019/2020 season
  • Attend pre match briefings with Club London Hospitality Manager
  • When in attendance full uniform supplied is worn with appropriate security pass
  • To check floor plans are correct prior to Restaurant opening
  • To do a full walk through of the Restaurant prior to opening using a viewpoint of a client to achieve perfection
  • To be fully aware of matchday menu, dietary requirements/allergies to ensure a smooth delivery to our clients
  • To understand the needs of our clients and to be able to relay back to WHUFC
  • Ensure Restaurant is ready for clients at half time and post match
  • Half time to oversee DNC and all beverage orders are fulfilled and our clients are happy
  • Complete a full report in regards to client feedback, catering information after each game to be given to Club London Hospitality Manager
  • A high level of Management Skills is needed to be able to liaise between Club London Hospitality Manager and our Catering Partner DNC to resolve any unforeseen problems i.e. in correct table plans/late bookings/booking error with the view of troubleshooting if necessary
