General Manager - Frankie and Benny's - East Midlands

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a General Manager at Frankie and Benny’s in East Midlands Airport, salary up to £32k, plus bonus, pension, benefits.

Frankie and Benny’s is one of Britain’s best loved family restaurants. We have over 250 restaurants all over the UK. Our airport restaurants are fast paced and high volume. As a General Manager you can expect to be leading from the front as we serve over 1 million guests a week. You'll have previous management experience and pride yourself on ensuring our guest service is second to none.

We’re focused on our guests, and we want a General Manager who shares that enthusiasm for delivering great hospitality while understanding how to run a business in a competitive commercial environment. Your role:

Manage the operation of the restaurant including the development and growth of people, sales and profits
Motivate and inspire your team through a genuine passion for hospitality
Manage the restaurant in accordance with established company standards, policies and procedures
Drive sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and implement a high level of superior guest service
Maximise profits by controlling food, beverage and labour costs

You will be:

Highly experienced in branded General Manager roles
Used to working in high volume businesses
A relationship builder who understands the need to work with airport owners in a client-focused business
