Sales Manager - Eastbourne

The salary for this role is in the region of £30 - 32,000 plus service charge (approx. £700 per annum*) and annual bonus

A five star hotel with a reputation for excellence and customer delight, is seeking a sales manager to join their team working closely with the General Manager. The role will be office based with time also spent in the field at appointments and meetings. With a reputation as a great place to work and offering fantastic benefits, we do not expect this vacancy to be open for long so would encourage early application.

The Sales Manager must:

• Effectively manage their own time and workload
• Possess excellent communication skills to showcase the hotel to potential clients
• Source, develop and grow revenue from all avenues, maximising upselling opportunities.
• Deliver first class customer service to every client.
• Ensure sales targets are achieved
• Be proactive in driving forward sales opportunities across the hotel
• Be a car owner/driver
• Have previous experience within hospitality sales, ideally within a 4 or 5 star setting
